Skilled, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Patricio responded during a holiday week for a pipe break. He worked through weekends and holidays. He handled the insurance company moisture testing and photo requirements. His extensive commercial and residential experience was obvious. He shared suggestions and honest assessments throughout the project. He can work with all types of flooring, tiles, and stones. Quality over speed, he retiled a shower floor, because although the water appeared to drain well, it wasn’t to his satisfaction. There was not an extra charge.
